An engineer and building contractor
of many years experience, Brian has been
able to bring a valuable insight into the
vital areas of specification and design
as well as taking an overview of construction
matters. |

He has brought
together a team of equally committed professionals
with skills which encompass planning, design
and construction.
Brian is partnered by his son, Padraig who
has gained a wide appreciation of the family
business and its complexities. |
Drawing on the
experience he has gained from his Building
Degree obtained from the University of Ulster
in the late 1990's, Padraig takes a wholly
fresh approach to design, coordinating and
building houses which reflect the traditional
character of their setting.
One of the company's greatest strengths
is their open minded approach to each individual
project. Warren Properties keep the business
simple and, through Brian and Padraig's
involvement, take a close personal interest
in every development. Disciplined procedures
enable the company to remove the risk from
the development process at an early stage
and to begin work on site as soon as possible.
Market led from the start, Warren Properties
aim in the future is to design and build
luxury homes through to starter homes to
exceptionally high standards and specification
using only materials and craftsmen with
traditional skills wherever possible on
small selected developments in specifically
