Site clearance work is now complete and work to the boundary wall to the rear of the site is also finished.

The current construction stage involves the laying of the foundations to the dwellings and the construction of the road through the site.  It is expected that this phase of work will be completed by the end of September 2012. We hope to have the overall scheme completed and ready for occupation in the Spring 2013.

The site is located at Chapel Road, Newry and will presents an attractive outlook onto the existing road with a clear and strong definition between the private open spaces and the public areas.
